GUIDELINES

**GUIDELINES FOR APPOINTMENT**

  • There are NO refunds once appts are booked.

  • No extra guests are allowed unless being serviced.

  • Bookings require a non-refundable retainer fee of $25. The remaining balance is due at the time of service (plus taxes if paying with a card)

  • Debit, Credit, Cash, Venmo, Afterpay & Square, payments are accepted.

If you are a [no call/no show] you forfeit your deposit and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.

  • Appointments can be rescheduled one time at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If you cancel your appointment less than 24hrs you are required to pay service in full before a new appointment can be booked.

  • All clients 15 minutes late will incur a $25 late fee or your appointment will be canceled due to my strict scheduling time.

  • You will have access to FREE WIFI with complimentary snacks and drinks.

  • Please be sure when booking your Appointment you are booking the correct amount of weeks.

  • Please remember to book your next appointment at checkout. If you don’t, you’ll need to schedule it online.

  • If you cancel or need to cancel an appointment, kindly avoid asking for my availability and book online instead.

  • Please refrain from calling me directly. (Please text)

  • If you do not see an opening the time is not available.

  • When booking please be sure to select all services that you desire at that time. I am not always able to add additional services at appts due to time scheduling.

** New & Tranfer Clients **

If you are a new or transfer client, you must book a consultation before a regular service can be scheduled. This helps me understand the condition of your hair and determine how long your service may take.

​If you are booking for an install, the deposit must be paid before you are placed on the calendar. Full payment is due the day before install begins.

Prices shown are all starting prices. Final prices depend on type of style and what is requested at your appointment.
